Friday afternoon I took the kids on a walk. The girls were in the stroller while George and I walked.
We took our typical path, which takes us out of our cul-de-sac where we turn right and head two cul-de-sacs down before we turn left and head towards a neighbor that raises horses. I let the kids say hi to two of their horses who were out in the coral, standing right next to the fence.
We start walking back and George is walking a little slower than usual. I turn around and tell him to catch up. George is quiet for a moment and stops walking.
George: Why don't we just go and ride the horses already?
Heather: Uh, well, they're not our horses?
